Return & Refund Policy
Returns
- Items can be returned in-store within 24 hours of receiving your order for an exchange, subject to availability.
- To return an item purchased online:
1. Email customerservice@hanigee.com with photos of the item within 24 hours of receiving your order. Indicate the reason for return.
2. If approved, you'll receive a Return Order number within 1-2 business days.
3. Bring the item with original packaging and receipt to your preferred HANI Gee store within 5 days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can only be done in-store, subject to availability.
- You can only request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are limited to the same material/type of item.
- If the exchanged item is more expensive, you pay the difference. If less expensive, no refund will be issued for the difference.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
- Tags have been removed or item shows wear and tear
- Item was purchased during a final sale promotion
