Delivery Area
We offer shipping within Peninsular Malaysia only. We do not currently ship to East Malaysia or overseas.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

Shipping Costs
- Standard Delivery: RM8
- Free Shipping: Orders above RM1000

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time
We ship via GDex/DHL. Delivery takes approximately 7-9 working days. Actual delivery times may vary.

Order Tracking
A shipment confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Self Pickup
Place a pickup order and collect from your preferred HANI Gee store for free within 3 working days.

Returns
Please inspect deliveries for damage or inaccuracies. Contact customer service immediately to resolve issues. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
